Javier took photos of our 40-year-old tile roof and showed me the damage and what needed to be addressed. He made sure the HOA rules were followed. The workers were efficient and I was informed of the progress. We also incidentally needed stucco and wood replacement which Aldo arranged to be done, which included painting the repair. This additional work added to the cost, but I appreciated that I didn’t need to find someone else to do it. Everyone was respectful and pleasant to deal with, including the foreman. I highly recommend A Plus Roofing!

"This is a family run small business. Aldo is the owner and he did the walk, talk and quote. His prices were better than the big box companies. Primarily his prices were better for solar panel removal and replacement. Even though he was smaller and has plenty of jobs he got us into a rather quick schedule. Just before starting we added two solar tube skylights to the job. Aldo accommodated with costing and everything was installed perfectly. This slipped his schedule, but he adapted well. We are very pleased with the job and have already recommended A Plus Roofing to others including our realtor friends."
