Javier took photos of our 40-year-old tile roof and showed me the damage and what needed to be addressed. He made sure the HOA rules were followed. The workers were efficient and I was informed of the progress. We also incidentally needed stucco and wood replacement which Aldo arranged to be done, which included painting the repair. This additional work added to the cost, but I appreciated that I didn’t need to find someone else to do it. Everyone was respectful and pleasant to deal with, including the foreman.
